Tivo remote and discreet IR commands?

I have a Marantz plasma that uses discreet ON/OFF IR commands. Is there a way to program the TV Power button on the remote?

I'm using the original Slide remote right now, although I may be ordering a Slide Pro soon. I also have a receiver, so I'm out of extra buttons to program.
